7^th Grade

-        - We learned which events of the mid-1800s kept the nation together, and which events pulled it apart.

-        - Next Week: Election of 1860 and secession. Was the Civil War inevitable?

8^th Grade

-        - We wrote paper to demonstrate a deeper understanding of one event of the Cold War.

-        - We learned the major events in the Civil Rights Movement
