Mean Girls Messages

 

 

1. CAST OR CREW, please sign up for hospitality on Sunday, March 2. I know things are busy, but if you're going to be at church anyway, please sign your kids up to host Sunday hospitality on March 2 (and March 1, though I know that's the Father/Girl dance). This is a great opportunity for the kids to give back to the parish and promote the show. Plus it's easy. They just have to be cheerful and point to donuts. Let me know if you have questions.

 

2. Ad sales. Ad sales end next week, so please get on that. Thank you to everyone who has already purchased an ad and sent me/contacted me about their ad design. 

 

3. We only have two weeks of rehearsals before tech week. I've posted the schedule for the next two weeks and tech week. ALL CAST will be called for all rehearsals going for forward, since we will be stumbling through the entire show. If your child has to miss rehearsal for any reason, let us know. If students skip rehearsal without a good excuse--or any excuse--we reserve the right to remove them from the numbers they miss. Reminder: all tech week rehearsals are MANDATORY FOR CAST AND CREW. 

 

4. Tech week volunteer signup. We need parent volunteers to help with tech week--including load in and tear-down, chaperoning/serving dinner, and planning the ice cream social for the cast and crew after the show on Sunday. If you have high school students looking for service hours, we could really use them for load in on Saturday, 3/8 and strike on Sunday, 3/16. Thank you!!
