MC HOT LUNCH ORDERS & PAYMENTS FOR DEC, JAN, & FEB DUE TOMORROW NIGHT AT MIDNIGHT 

We are excited to open up ordering for our next round of Mother’s Club Hot Lunch!

The link below is now live and contains ordering information for December, January and February meals- as well as a $1 Out of Uniform option for the January date (1/26).

This form is very similar to the previous one with a few minor changes, feel free to reach out with questions. Quick overview below on the process:

1. Complete a JotForm entry for each child participating

2. Upon submission, you will receive an order number to the email that you included in the submission.

3. Please log into GiveCentral for payment, include the order number that was emailed to you and enter the amount total for the order (should be totaled at the bottom of the JotForm submission - and please don’t forget to round up if you’d like to donate!)

4. Repeat for additional children as needed

*Please note that both payment and order forms must both be received by midnight on 11/21 or else we won't be able to include the order. Thank you for understanding.
