The Parish Health Coordinator will distribute Flu Shots to any interested members at this time.  If you are interested in receiving a shot, call the Parish Office at 773-631-4127 for an appointment. Please bring your Medicare and/or Medicaid cards with you, otherwise there is a $25 charge.
