  • Bible Study Group

    Bible Study educates the faithful in the Word of God, encouraging service in action and strengthening one’s personal relationship with God. It offers a guided in-depth exploration of the Bible and its relevancy to our faith as Christians. Members study the Scripture and reflect on how it relates to their lives.

  • Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (CCD)

    Our CCD program offers religious education for students in grades 1–8 who are prepared for receiving the sacraments of Holy Eucharist, Reconciliation and Confirmation at appropriate grade levels. Students who do not attend St. Juliana School are welcome; registration is required. Parents are encouraged to contact the parish office for more information.

  • Marriage Enrichment

    This ministry strives to encourage married couples to grow in love with each other and remain in God’s love. Married Couples from St. Juliana Parish are invited to attend liturgies, workshops, speakers and fun events to encourage and enrich their marriages.

  • Parish Religious Education Board (PREB)

    The PREB reports the activities and needs of the various religious organizations in the parish to the director of religious education.

  • PreCana Marriage Preparation

    The PreCana ministry facilitates the marriage preparation for couples in our parish. Through a small group setting the facilitator couples make short presentations, introduce workbook exercises, encourage discussion and provide hospitality to the engaged couples.

  • Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults

    RCIA incorporates individuals into the Body of Christ, in particular, at the local community level, which is the local witness of the body of Christ.

  • Special Religious Development (SPRED)

    SPRED is an active ministry for developmentally challenged young people and adults of our parish and the community. Members help these young adults learn about their faith, socialize and develop a sense of community within the parish. SPRED members serve at the 10:30am mass once a month. They also support our annual Thanksgiving food drive and participate in other parish activities. SPRED serves male and female special-needs individuals, ages 16 and over. Registered parishioners or members of the community at large are eligible.

  • Theology Talks

    Clergy members give weekly one-hour talks on a variety of theological topics. Most talks take place in our chapel, some occur at Mary, Seat of Wisdom Parish.

  • St. Juliana School

    St. Juliana School educates students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. With a focus on academic excellence and spiritual growth, we also strive to instill a commitment to social justice, civic awareness, personal responsibility and respect for the rich cultural, racial, religious and economic diversity of the larger community in our students. Through daily prayer, weekly masses and prayer services, sacrament preparation and religion classes our students learn to apply Gospel values in their daily lives. The faculty also works with parents to support and guide students to live responsibly and serve others.

  • St. Juliana School Board

    The school board is by nature advisory and agrees to operate following the policies and procedures set forth in the Leadership Manual for School Advisory Boards. It is accountable to the pastor and to the principal in its operation. Members agree to use their talents, gifts and insights for the common good of the community to promote the mission and goals of Catholic education. They will defer their personal agendas in order to discern with other members the issues, concerns and challenges they face in meeting the educational and spiritual needs of the students. Not only will they take seriously their role as advisors to the pastor and principal, but they will also accept the conditions of membership on the school board, namely, the Code of Ethics, which describes the parameters of their collaboration and responsibility. Parents or guardians of children enrolled in St. Juliana School or registered parishioners at least 21 years of age who are voted into office; full and/or part-time employees of the school or parish and their immediate families are not eligible; no more than one person from an immediate family is eligible to serve at any given time.

  • Vacation Bible School

    Filled with faith and fun, Vacation Bible School is a week long summer program that teaches children about Jesus through music, crafts games and bible discussion. It is held each year in the Ahearn Activity Center and is offered to children ages 4-9.
