Student Council members, remember to bring in your items for the Easter baskets that we will make for a family in need. Please bring your items to the meeting on March 11, 2008. We will then wrap them. Thanks again Student Council members!!

On Thursday,February 28, 2008 there will be a Spirit Day. The theme will be "Decade Day." Come dressed as a person from your favorite decade (50's,60's,70's,80's etc.) St.Juliana wear is also acceptable. Have a groovy, rocking, and awesome Spirit Day!

Student Council would once again like to make Easter baskets for the needy. Each homeroom will be responsible for making a total of one basket per room. (Students from the room donate different items to create one basket from the homeroom.) Even numbered homerooms will supply a basket for a girl, and odd numbered homerooms will make a basket for a boy. Items brought for the basket should be appropriate for a child the age of the students in that homeroom. Please send your Easter basket to Mrs.Lidgus' room (15) by March 5th. Student Council members will then wrap them. The baskets will be sent at Ascension/St.Susanna Parish, where Father Joe Altman is pastor. Thank you for your help with this project.

In honor of the boys' basketball teams' last home game, there will be a Pack the Gym Night on Thursday, February 7, 2008. If you bring a can of food, you will be entered for a chance to win free St.Juliana wear. The canned food will be donated to our parish pantry. Go Trojans!

Student Council will be selling Mardi Gras beads on Wednesday, January 30th and Thursday the 31st. The beads are fifty cents each or three for a dollar. The proceeds collected will go to a family in need.

Student Council has organized a holiday themed spirit day on December 20,2007. Student are welcomed to wear the colors green and red. They may also accessorize: necklaces,Santa hats, reindeer antlers, etc. St.Juliana wear and jeans are also acceptable. Have a happy spirit day and Merry Christmas!

Student Council members, remember to bring in your secret Santa gifts to the meeting on December 18,2007! The price range for the gifts is five to seven dollars. Have fun shopping!

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Christmas Sharing Program. Student Council was able to purchase about thirty gifts for the needy!

Student Council is once again participating in the Christmas Sharing Program. This program allows us to purchase gifts for the needy. Student Council members will be coming around to each homeroom to collect the donated money. We will be collecting money from November 13, 2007 through November 16, 2007. Student Council will then be going to Target to shop for the gifts. PLEASE BE GENEROUS!!!!!
Merry Christmas to all! (a little bit early! ) But first, have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Please remember to sell the raffle tickets at lunch time for the date and time you signed up to! If you have the first half hour slot which is 11:00-11:30, you will have to get the jar of candy from the office and bring it down to the cafeteria. If you have the last one which is 12:00-12:30, remember to bring the jar back up to the office. Be sure to thank your teachers if you're missing class time!

Student Council will be selling chances to win a GIANT jug of candy. We will be selling tickets on October 16, 17 and 18 during your lunch period. One ticket costs fifty cents or you can purchase three for one dollar. The money collected will go to future Student Council activities. We will be announcing the winner on October 18 in the afternoon.
