With tomorrow being picture day, I'm sure the children will be wearing their nice clothes. If your child is attending preschool daycare tomorrow, it might be best to send a change of clothes for the afternoon. Thank you.

Saint Juliana School Preschool Day Care



The Saint Juliana School Day Care Program serves working families who desire education and day care in a Catholic environment. The Saint Juliana Day School Care Program consists of lunch time, rest time, indoor and outdoor activities and constructive play.

An example of activities offered include gym time, playground time, computer and board games, videos for children, arts and crafts time, and free play.

Admission Policy

Children currently enrolled in the 3 and 4-year-old Preschool program are eligible to register for Preschool Day Care.

Hours and Fees

Preschool Day Care is available from 10:45 A.M. to 2:45 P.M. on full school day (until 1:55 P.M. on Thursdays) and until 11:55 A.M. on half school days. The fee is $175 per month or $12 daily per child. Parents must submit a weekly schedule form by Friday of the previous week noting days and times day care will be needed for the following week for their children. Parents will receive a financial statement for their records and tax purposes once a year.

Today the Preschool Daycare children enjoyed the book "The Rainbow Fish" by Marcus Pfister.

They made their very own rainbow fish with shimmering scales just like the beautiful rainbow fish in the story.

Please remember that today and tomorrow are noon dismissals. The "Preschool Daycare" program operates with the school day. Therefore, pick up is by 12:oop.m.

There is no "Extended Day", after school care, being offered because of parent-teacher conferences.

This is just a reminder that tomorrow is McDonald's Day at school. Please remember a drink if your child does not order milk.

Today at preschool daycare the children learned how to play "Old Maid". Bridget and Kara ended up being the old maid. In preschool rules that means they won the game.

Please remember that I need more than one day's notice to attend daycare. My numbers are filling up and I need time to contact an additional adult helper if necessary.

The forms for Mothers' Club Hot Lunch went home yesterday and today. If you registered for Preschool Daycare you should have received an order form. Remember that the regular hot lunch is not served on Mothers' Club Hot Lunch days. If you do not order the Mothers' Club Hot Lunch, you must bring in a bag lunch.

If you registered your child for Preschool Daycare, you will be receiving a hot lunch order form for October. If you order a hot lunch and your child is absent from school, please keep track of your credits which may be used for the following month. If your child attended preschool but ended up not staying for lunch, no credit can be issued. You may, however, stay until 11:15 and take the ordered lunch home with you.

Our Yoga classes are doing great. The children are learning the poses quickly. The Half Bridge pose is a class favorite.

We had art today and all the children made rain sticks.
