7SS:
In Constitution Blue Book read and answer any questions in the notebook on pp.56-57.

Reading: Read chapters 1-3 of SOLDIER"S HEART.

th SS:
Read 15-2,recreate the graphic p. 452,and on p.455 answer # 2,3,4,5,7.
Complete the blue Primary source sheet if not completed in class.

Reading: Complete the novel,answer the appropriate questions and complete the crossword puzzle.

8SS:

8th grade is working on a writing project, A Letter from the Trenches, which incorporates the text and personal research which the students did last week. Tuesday, they will begin their good copy which as their rough draft needs to be done in the classroom.

Their WWI packets will be due on Wednesday.



7SS:

Tuesday: Test on 13-3. Hopefully, students have been listening or reading about current events because we will spend Tueaday investigating NATO.

Wednesday: Read the rest of 13-4 and fill out the Guided Reading WS and p. 412, # 5 on the back of the WS.



Reading:

Monday: Read 9-12 and answer the appropriate questions in their notebook.

Tuesday: Read 13-16 and answer the appropriate questions.

Wednesday: Read 17-20 and answer the questions.

Thursday: Read 21-24 and answer the questions.

The students in 7th grade are coming home with their Terra Nova report today, Friday.

Wednesday: Vocab for 13-2 in notebooks.
Thursday: Read 13-3,p.400 copy the graphic, p.403 answer # 2,3,4,6.

8SS:
Monday: Research for the letter from the trenches needs to be done for Tuesday when students will begin their rough draft in their notebooks. All writing must be done in class.

Reading:
Monday: Read chapters 1-4 in THE WESTING GAME and begin the character cards.
Tuesday: Read 5,6.
Wednesday: Read chapter 8.
