REMINDERS...
*We read about farmers in Madagascar who benefit from our Operation Rice Bowl contributions. We learned that 80 cents of our money can help a family in need. Discuss as a family how FORTUNATE you are , and encourage your child to find 80 cents to contribute to her/his personal Rice Bowl :)
*Battle of the Books permission slips & $5 due by Wednesday to Mrs. Jimenez
*The school will be participating in an Easter Service Project lead by our Student Council. Each classroom will collect items to fill one Easter basket with items appropriate for a child of the same grade level. Our class will collect for a GIRL. Please help your child select an item for our basket, encouraging her/him to contribute some of her/his own money. We will collect from now until March 27.
