Parents,

It is time to say Good Bye to all our special friends. Mrs. Wrzesinski and I would like to thank you so much for all your help and opportunity to teach your child. It has been a wonderful school year and it's sad to see it end. We hope you have a safe and wonderful Summer.

Reminder: Our end of year celebration is tomorrow Friday, June 4th. Please have your child arrive to school at the normal time wearing the t-shirt he/she made. We will gather in the school gym for the performance. Before the celebration please take your treat downstairs to the school hall. After the celebration you and your child can enjoy the rest of the day together. Thanks Again!

The last Mothers' Club Meeting/year end party on May 27th is hosted by the Pre-K mom's. The Mothers’ Club is looking for volunteers to bring raffle gifts to Emerald Isle on Thursday May 27th? If you are able to bring/donate a raffle item you can email Aimee Kelly at aimeelkelly[at]hotmail[dot]com.

We read the book "The Three Little Pigs" and then acted out each scene. Ask your child which part they played in our play.

Thank you for coming to join us this morning for our wonderful Mother's Day Celebration!

We are working on the letter I this week and we are talking about insects. We have ladybugs and caterpillars in our room so the children can observe them and watch the caterpillars turn into butterflies. Later, we will set them free outside!

REMINDER: Don't forget to stop in on Friday May 7th. The children will be singing a few songs in honor of Mother's Day. They also have a couple special surprises for their wonderful mothers! This will only take about ten minutes. Please come at the regular time.

We have been talking about signs of Spring and how to keep our Earth Clean. We took a walk to find signs of spring and enjoyed the beautiful weather.
