Math- Review notes in 5 subject notebook about Place Value. Finish pg.5 #6-30 if you did not finish in class.

Reminders:

Due to the extreme heat the whole school will be out of uniform Thurs. and Fri.

Notes from the office are in Homework folder.

Girls need an extra pair of gym shoes (to stay in school),if they wear the traditional school shoe.

Tomorrow is a 2:00 dismissal.

Reading-Reread aloud "Grandfather's Journey"

Spelling- Study spelling words on contract and sign for Test on Friday.

Also, please clean out "Homework folder" everyday. The only papers that should be in it each day are the spelling contract and any homework that needs to come back.

Reading-Write the definition for each vocab. word. The definitions can be found in the back of the reader.
Science Several students need to complete the living and non-living assignment that was given over the weekend.
Math-Finish facts if you did not complete in class.
Spelling Finish ABC order if you did not finish in class.
Please review any notes in Business Folder and return folder tomorrow.

I have had a wonderful week getting to know your children. I am very impressed with how polite and respectful they are to one another. Great job at home!!!
Reminders:

*Return pink(medical form) and blue (walking form) to school
*Bring in 3 jumbo(large) stretchy book covers to cover books. I will give them the paper ones if you prefer that. <
