This Friday afternoon we will be washing our desks and cleaning the classroom. I would like each child to bring one rag (that will not be returned) to wash desks on Friday. If anyone would like to donate a package of Lysol wipes that would be very much appreciated.

Looking forward to visiting the Chicago History Museum tomorrow. Students may bring cameras on the field trip, but they are responsible for them. Don't forget to bring a paper bag lunch labeled with their name and something to drink.

Thanks for all the book donations so far. We are hoping to win the pizza party. I know the last thing you'll want to do this weekend is clean but maybe your little ones could help weed through your library.

The Daisy Scouts will continue to collect your donated books until May 15th.

During the month of May we will be using our rosaries when we pray. We will be talking about each of the mysteries and using our rosaries to pray the "Hail Mary" each morning.

Please bring your rosary to school. If you don't want to leave it in school I can give you one to use.

If your child has an unusual amount of homework tonight or any night it is because they are not completing classwork in a timely manner. We must move on for those that are working quietly and completing their work. I know they think the school year is almost over but we have a whole month left with many concepts to cover.

Reading- Read "In My Family' aloud to someone. We will be taking the 4th Quarter reading fluency test on Friday.

English- pg. 245 #2-20 evens only

Spelling- Spelling test tomorrow. Complete unit 28 in workbook. Complete all 18 spelling sentences.(If you did not do last week)

Science-Finish venn diagram (if you did not do first thing this morning)

Finish Jesus Mosaic (if you did not do before Easter) and return so we can add it to the Cross in the hallway.
