Have a Great Summer!
Please bring your backpack to school tomorrow. You will be taking home your report cards and any odds & ends that are left over.
Mass is at 9:00 and Mrs. LaSusa will be dismissing them from Church around 9:45-10:00. All parents are welcome to attend the Mass.
Dear Class,
I wish the best of luck to all of you in Fourth grade. I know all of you are well prepared to succeed next year. You all embraced each day of learning with much enthusiasm and confidence. It has been a pleasure to teach each of you this year. I have enjoyed watching each of you grow socially and academically throughout this year. I am very proud of all that you have accomplished throughout third grade. Keep reading and occasionally review multiplication/division. It's easy to forget the steps to long division if you don't continue to practice.
I’d also like to thank your parents for their positive support throughout this school year. It has been a fantastic year!
I will miss all of you. Enjoy your Summer!

More reminders!!
Thursday Mrs. Barton would like everyone to wear Blackhawk colors to school.
Remember to bring in a rag.
Friday the class will dismiss from church with Mrs. LaSusa. She will stay with them till they are all picked up. Remember to wear your uniform on Friday and bring your backpack to school. Report cards will be sent home with other odds and ends.

Math- Complete 5 or more Math problems from the long division sheets. Remember to bring them back.
Today we had our class party. Thank you to Mrs. Ryan, Mrs. Schreiber, Mrs. Murphy and Mrs. Ramirez for planning a fun day on the playground!

Reminders for the last week of school!
Monday- Out of Uniform Day! In the afternoon the room moms are planning an end of the year party. Weather permitting we will play games and have ice cream on the playground. Please bring a rag to clean on Thursday. This rag will not be returned.
Tuesday-Out ofUniform Day!
Wednesday-Out of Uniform! No Mass! There will be an assembly in the afternoon honoring Mrs. Barton.
Thursday-Out Of Uniform! We will be cleaning our desks/chairs and the classroom. Remember to bring a rag that will not be returned.
Friday-Wear your uniforms! Last day of 3rd grade:( Report Cards will be passed out. We will go to Mass at 8:45 and dismiss from church immediately after (9:45-10ish).

Remember that tomorrow is our field trip. Please pack your child's lunch in a disposable bag. We will be in uniform. We hope to have a wonderful trip. Can't wait to share our fun time!

Weekend News! Chicago Reports!
Friday folders are in backpacks. Please review all test and sign/return on Monday. We will be finishing up Chap 8 Multiplication/Division next week. As we continue to work on our facts we will be reviewing fractions and geometry.

Reading- AR summary is in homework folders. I am impressed that many have already exceeded the 12 pt requirement for 4th Quarter. Read to Succeed! I realize it is difficult for some- so I will talk with them and discuss what will be required from them.
