Thank you to all those who helped to make our Open House yesterday such a success! To the parents who attended the noon mass on Sunday, you demonstrated to your children that the best way to begin important celebrations is with grateful prayers for blessings received. The hard-working Open House team, Mrs. Laura Gustaitis, Mrs. Rae Jean Broderick, and Mrs. Claire French, along with their families and co-workers are to be commended for creating a welcoming atmosphere and a fun-filled afternoon for our current families and new families. In addition, I am grateful to the School Board members for organizing and conducting the school tours for interested new families. Our eighth grade student volunteers were also helpful during the tours in providing personal information about their experience at our school. Finally, I am most appreciative of our teachers and staff for all their efforts to coordinate the activities of the day and highlight students’ work in the classroom.
The Open House was truly a celebration of our wonderful school and all the wonderful people who contribute to our success. We are a school and community that is richly blessed.
