Health forms were sent home Monday February 27th. For the Dental, Hearing and Vision forms please read the coversheet for requirements and due date. 8th grade must have Vision Screening in order to graduate. Medical Health forms are due June 1, 2012.

Students entering St. Juliana for the first time must have the forms required for their grade.

For your convenience hearing and vision screening will be provided by National Hearing and Vision here at school in September for $10.00 per test.

Registration forms for returning students will be sent home today. Registration fees for multiple students may be combined on one check, but please do not combine registration fees for next year with the current year's tuition payment.

Reminder, St. Juliana School is selling Fannie May candy for Easter. 20% T.R.I.P credit is given - A great way to earn tuition credit. Be sure you are signed up for T.R.I.P.! Orders are due by Wednesday February 22, 2012.

Formerly known as the Moms and Tots group, we now have a new name: Tots & Company.

Who can be the "company"? Anyone caring for children not yet of school age. Moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nannies... all are invited to join us for some light morning refreshments and friendly socializing.

We normally meet in the Parish Center but this month, in honor of our new name, we'll be gathering in the Extended Care room in the school. Plenty of toys to keep the little ones busy! (Interested parents can also visit our preschool classrooms if they want to take a peek.)

If you know of families new to the neighborhood, this is a perfect gathering for breaking the ice, so please share this notice with them. ALL are welcome to drop in, even if just for a few minutes.

This weekend, the Second Grade Girl Scout Brownies/First Communicants are kicking-off a Communion Dress Drive for the girls of our sharing parish, Ascension-St. Susanna. They will be collecting gently used (or new) Communion dresses and accessories such as veils, white shoes and tights from Saturday, February 4 until Sunday, February 19. You may drop-off your donations in the back of church, at the Parish Center or arrange for a pick-up by calling either Rosalie Heneghan 773-775-5085, Amalia Conway 773-732-6875 or Kathleen Schreiber 773-467-8255. Please spread the word.
