Graduation DVD
8th Grade Graduation DVD'S can be picked up in the school office today June 15th and Tomorrow June 16th from 8:00am to 2:00pm. If you forgot to order one we still have a few available for purchase($23.00).

TRIP Summer Hours
The TRIP OFFICE will be open Monday - Friday, 9:00am-10:30am starting Wednesday 6/08/2011. Orders for gift cards that are not in stock will be placed on Mondays by 10:30 and available for pick up on Thursday in the Parish Office. Regular hours will resume when school is back in session.

Tuition Statement - June 2011
The first tuition statement for the 2011/2012 school year will be sent home, printed on green paper as usual.
Some special notes:
If your 2010/2011 tuition account has a credit balance, you may subtract that amount from your June payment.
Families whose 2010/2011 tuition accounts are past-due will not receive a June 2011 statement until the past-due amount is paid in full.
TRIP and lunch aide credits through mid-May have been posted to your June statement. Any remaining credits earned from mid-May through the end of the school year will appear on the September statement.
Financial aid applications are currently under review. Scholarship awards will be posted in September, retroactive to June 2011.
Participating family church contributions will continue to be credited through June 30, 2011. Any necessary billing status adjustments (from Participating to Non-Participating) will be made in September, retroactive to June.
Please remember that the June payment is always non-refundable.

Final tuition statements (pink paper) for the current school year will be sent home to all families with a non-zero balance.
Credit balances may be subtracted from your June 2011 payment; any unused credits will be posted to your September statement.
Past-due balances are due immediately.
If your 2010/2011 tuition account has a zero balance you will not receive a final statement.
