Sorry, Tommy. I didn't realize that I had never loaded your pictures. Tommy showed us many of the basic hockey strokes. He was able to give us some pointers so that when watching or playing we would have a better idea of what is going on. A future Hawk? You never know what might be in your future!

Conor amazed us with his ability to count to 10 in Gaelic and also to say, "Hello, my name is Conor Mulvey." This is a very difficult language, so kudos to Conor for being able to do it. Maybe some day he will be a translator. You never know.

Math - Test Wednesday on Chapter 5. This includes modeling multiplication with pictures, arrays, multiplying by 2, 5, 10, 1, 0, 3, and 4. We will be reviewing Monday and Tuesday and then testing Wednesday.

Welcome back. We are sailing into the last of our time here in 3rd grade with a lot to accomplish before June. Be sure to rest up and be ready as days go by. Some of the students were unusually sleepy today. Hopefully tomorrow will be a more wide awake kind of day. Again, welcome back to school!!!!

FACE OF JESUS - Everyone has been working so hard on the Face of Jesus project. Some are being displayed outside our room and some need to be finished. If you would like to finish yours over Easter break, I would be glad to display yours in the hallway. They have been turning out just beautifully. Some parents have actually framed them in the past.
Math - Remember to study your facts over break so we can begin our long division when we return. No need to sign the envelope.

Remember that tomorrow is the last day to either purchase spring pictures or pay for them.
Also, remember to bring in your Rice Bowl Banks tomorrow!
