We have been talking about resources and how to conserve them. The Museum of Science and Industry opened an exhibit today where they have created an energy efficient and recycled environment. Go to the website msichicago.org and take a look at the new exhibit. You can read about the many things they did to make it a place where you might want to live some day. Enjoy the tour!

This week we will be finishing up some of the units we have been working on for a long time. Science will be coming to an end so bone up on the rocks, minerals, and resources. English will also be ending with our chapter on pronouns and homophones. We only have adjectives and adverbs left, so we are in the home stretch.
We are moving right along with our long division. Some people are already to begin orange which divides a two-digit number by a single digit. Wow! We are really great! Keep going over the facts so that division is easier and easier. In religion, we will be talking about the Holy Spirit.
