The link below opens the "Participant's Medical Authorization, Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement" form which needs to be filled out and signed by the parents of any student athlete who wishes to participate in any Athletic Association activity in this school year.

Please complete the form and have your student return it to Fred LaCerra or their coach.

The Saint Juliana Cross Country Meet was enthusiastically enjoyed by all this past weekend. Students in grades four through eight participated in the Meet. Even though the day was wet, cold, and windy, the large turnout of runners and their parents were not deterred. Thank you to the Athletic Association members, Mr. Fred LaCerra, Mrs. Mary Byrne, Mrs. Adrienne Cirrincione, and Mr. Chris Brown; along with parent volunteers, Mrs. Mary Jo Lobianco, Mrs. Patty Lewandowski, Mrs. Colleen Sanchez, and Mr. Mike McGlinn for all your efforts in making this a successful event. A special thank you is also extended to Mrs. Rita McGovern and the Edison Park Chamber of Commerce for their contribution of a take-home bag for the runners.
