CAST LIST FOR “GUYS AND DOLLS JR”

Everyone did a great job at the auditions! You made my job really hard by all being so good. Honestly! This cast list is not final until final discussions of conflicts.

Characters are listed in order of appearance, and everyone will be in multiple scenes/songs/groups, which we will determine in rehearsal based on voice part, rehearsal attendance and attitude, and physical type needed. This list is not all-inclusive of the groups you’ll be in. There are still many important named character parts, singing solos, and dance features to be assigned: Small group singers, Waiters, Club Staff, Tourists, Police Officers, and more!

There is a mandatory meeting for all cast and a parent on Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 7:00 pm, and our first rehearsal/read-through is Wed. Feb. 22 from 3:00-5:00. Congratulations!

Everyone has done excellent so far at the auditions for "Guys and Dolls Jr." The cast list will be posted early next week, the mandatory meeting for all cast/crew and a parent is Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 7:00 in the school hall, and the first rehearsal is Wed. Feb. 22, 3:00-5:00, for everyone.

The following students are called back for further auditions on Fri. 2/10 from 3:00-5:30. Jason needs to hear you sing a few different songs, and to mix and match various characters. That means he will need to have the people listed there the entire time, if posssible, but also means many of you might be done earlier. (It’s fine to stay until 5:30 if needed for transportation purposes). Thank you for your patience and flexibility.

As a reminder : If you are not called back, you did nothing wrong. It just means that Jason already has you in mind for a particular part.

Jason will post details on who is scheduled for the various practice days on the blog.

It is very important to be available for any and/or all of these practices.
