Participating Family Tuition

If your tuition billing rate for the current school year is in the Participating Family category, please be on the lookout today for an email statement of your YTD contributions to the parish as of April 30, 2013. If you are at the Non-Participating rate you should not receive an email.

If you would like to change your billing rate from Non-Participating to Participating, or vice-versa, for the 2013/2014 school year, please let us know via email to school[at]stjuliana[dot]org at your earliest convenience, as we will be entering new billing rates next week.

Textbook Loan Program

The attached memo from Zach Wichmann of the Catholic Conference of Illinois is extremely important! It is an opportunity to promote the restoration of the Textbook Loan program and needs the support of everyone in your school and parish communities. There is a simple web link to a pre-drafted message that can be emailed to representatives and senators. All one has to do is enter name and address and the email is automatically sent to your state representative and senator. It literally takes less than a minute. We need good participation on this action alert if we hope for any success on this issue. Please work with your LAP to see that this issue gets immediate attention from as many people as possible. Thanks for your help!

Tuition Statement - May

The final tuition statement for the 2012/2013 school year will be emailed today. For your convenience, we're providing a complete transaction detail for the entire year, which in most cases will cause the tuition statement to run to two pages in length; please be sure to check the second page for your final balance due. Your balance must be paid in full before enrollment for your child(ren) for the 2013/2014 school year can be finalized.

If you have a credit balance, it will be carried over to the first statement for next year, billed in June.

You need not print and include the remittance coupon with your tuition payment as long as your family ID number is clearly recorded on your check. As always, we encourage GiveCentral for electronic payments.
