We are pleased to provide families with daily hot lunch service from Food Service Professionals (FSP.) FSP is a not-for-profit agency of the Archdiocese of Chicago, and delivers thousands of nutritious meals to schools and health-care facilities in the Chicago metropolitan area on a daily basis. Parents and students may choose from one of three meal and salad selections each day. Milk is provided independent of FSP hot lunch service and is ordered and paid for in advance at the beginning of each school year.

Menus and order forms are sent home with each student one month in advance. You may order any quantitiy: as few as one day, every day, or none at all. Menus and order forms MUST be returned by the due date or the entire month's order cannot be processed by FSP. For your convenience, we are able to publish FSP's general menus online; these are for your reference only and do not reflect personalized days on which no FSP service is provided, such as for field trips or Mothers' Club Hot Lunch days.
