A revised translation of the ritual prayers and instructions for the celebration of the Mass, the new Roman Missal: Third Edition will be introduced worldwide on Sunday, November 27, 2011 - the first Sunday of Advent. In preparation, parishes are in the process of planning the implementation of the new Missal in advance of its introduction.

Notre Dame University has created a Web Catechesis for 3rd Roman Missal program. It features a series of streaming videos recorded by liturgical scholars to assist schools, parishes, and university communities in their preparation for the Advent 2011 implementation of the revised missal. Although geared toward administrators and community leaders, the videos are worthwhile for all.
