Bible Study

As Father Tom Donaldson reverently and humorously stated during a parish mission, the BIBLE is Basic Information Before Leaving Earth. It's also the framework of our faith as Christians, as well as a singularly great collection of entertaining stories that rival anything you might find on the big or small screen.

In these letters of encouragement, correction and instruction written from prison, Paul lovingly inspires and challenges us to greater discipleship.

St. Juliana School Open House

Enrollment for 2018/2019 is open!

We've got many admissions events scheduled that will be especially helpful for families interested in joining us for the first time next year. Mrs. Margie Marshall, our principal, as well as faculty and parents will be your guide for a tour of our campus. Here are some upcoming dates:

  • Tuesday, March 20: 6:30-7:30pm
  • Tuesday, April 24: 9-10:30am
  • Thursday, April 26: 6:30-7:30pm
  • Wednesday, May 16: 9-10:30am

We also encourage you to contact us to schedule a private tour if your needs aren't met by our scheduled events.

Tots & Company

Every Friday morning when Saint Juliana School is in session we host a casual gathering for tots (age 0-3) and their caregivers in the Ahearn Activity Center from 8:15 to 10am. Ring the bell for entry through the silver doors on Oketo Avenue, directly across from the church. There's a ramp for easy stroller access and plenty of room inside to park them.

Teen Ministry

Saint Juliana Parish hosts a monthly gathering for teens and invites all current high school students to attend and join our Teen Ministry.

On the second Sunday of every month, we meet in church for 5pm Mass then head over to the Ahearn Activity Center for food (usually pizza or something equally good) and open gym immediately afterwards.

Bring your friends and spread the word! Students from all high schools are welcome and there's no cost. This is a great chance to reconnect with grammar school friends you haven't seen in a while, and make new friends!

Angel Museum Trip

In place of the Friendship Club's regular monthly meeting on May 17, they're traveling to Beloit, Wisconsin for a tour of The Angel Museum. This trip is open to all St. Juliana parishioners (and guests) as well as neighboring parishes.

The Angel Museum is a non-profit organization that emphasizes angels as symbols for what is joyful, noble and good in this life, without promoting specific religions or theologies. Rather, their mission is to promote a unique and personal experience to stimulate and enrich the human spirit. Their collection features over 11,000 angels and angel artifacts made of over 100 different materials... from fine porcelain to macaroni. It includes The Berg Angel Collection as well as Oprah’s Angel Collection (over 600 black angels donated by Oprah Winfrey). The museum also features original stained glass windows, lanterns and pre-Renaissance architecture typical of churches in small Italian villages (and of course a gift shop!)

$50 includes bus, museum tour and lunch. Reservations with payment must be received by May 10. To sign up and for more please contact the parish office here, or call 773.631.4127.

To facilitate ongoing discussion of topics raised during 3Cs sessions, we've created an online discussion forum, which you can access here. You may also email the 3Cs team leaders directly at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
