Saint Juliana Parish is here to help people experience Jesus. We believe when you experience Jesus, you become the best version of yourself. You experience happiness. Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome to our Catholic parish.
Our free program for preschool-age (3-6) kids happens this Sunday, January 21, during the 9:30am Mass. Parents, bring your children to the Ahearn Activity Center door across from church and our helpers will escort you to the classroom; pick-up is at the same location right after Mass. We'll have fun stories, songs, crafts and treats for them during this "Sonday" gathering.
There will be dueling pianists tickling the ivories at Saturday's (1.20) Big Night Out sponsored by the Mothers' Club. Advance tickets still available online for $35 per person but only until midnight Friday, January 19. Tip: Don't forget to bring cash to keep the pianists killin' those keys!
On behalf of the countless ministries that benefit from ACA funding across the Archdiocese, thank you for your pledge. Our parish goal for the 2018 campaign is $53,000. In past years our generous parishioners have pledged and paid beyond our goal and we've received funds to put toward our own parish ministries and programs.
If your son or daughter will be attending our preschool this fall we encourage you to join us for our Friday morning meet-and-greet for tots and their parents/caregivers. It's free, open to everyone and a great introduction to our facilities and community.
From 8:15 to 10am; enter through the silver doors (#5) of the Ahearn Activity Center on Oketo.
We've been fielding inquiries about when Fr. James will begin the Tuesday evening talks again so here's your heads up: Tuesday, February 13 at 7pm he'll be in the chapel to present the always intriguing era of Church History: The Crusades & The Inquisition.
Members of our St. Vincent DePaul Society will accept your non-perishable and monetary donations for this annual event on the weekend of, you guessed, Super Bowl Sunday, February 2/3. Wondering what items to put on your shopping list? Check this link for suggestions.
Fr. Laurent's term as associate pastor for our parish will end this summer and in preparation for his next assignment, he will participate in the Catholic Leadership 360 Review process through the Archdiocese. As part of this program, our parishioners have an opportunity to recognize Fr. Laurent's gifts and share their sentiments about his ministry while here.
